Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages: 

- Once an order is placed, we take 1 - 3 working days to process the order. During the week it may take one or two working days, but if you order was placed on a Friday evening or at the weekend it may take a little longer. 

- Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched and delivery could take an average of 8 - 12 working days.

Placing an order 

We’ve made the ordering process at Maison Luna as simple as possible. First, you need to go to the product page and add the product you want to your shopping cart. To do this, click on the black "Add to cart" button. 

Here it is important to check that you have selected the correct variants. If everything is in order, click on the "Checkout" button. On the information page, you will need to enter the correct address details. Make sure that all the information is correct. You will need to select the shipping method, we’d like to emphasise that as a token of our appreciation to our valued customers we provide shipping free of charge. 

You can will then need to opt for your choice of payment and fill in any necessary details. Once you are happy that all the details entered are correct, to complete your order you will proceed to click ‘Pay Now’ button and you will be redirected to your chosen payment method.
